PRODUCT PAGE CHECKLIST

Review supported product information before publishing.

Use this checklist to organise a WooCommerce review. It covers the fields and output CertaCart supports, not every legal, safety, language, marketplace, or country-specific requirement.

Scope and source records

Record whether the product is in the store’s selected EU sales scope and identify the source used for each supplied detail. Do not treat a plugin default or copied marketplace listing as independent verification.

Manufacturer information

Review the manufacturer name or trade name, postal address, and electronic contact information stored for the product. Confirm that the information is accurate, current, and appropriate for the offer.

EU responsible-person information

Where the merchant has determined that a responsible person is required, review the structured name, address, and electronic contact details and confirm that the selected entity applies to this product.

Product identification and safety information

Review the product identifier and merchant-supplied safety information. Confirm the needed language, meaning, accuracy, and relation to the exact product or parent product. Variations inherit their parent’s CertaCart information and are not scanned independently.

Storefront output

Check the live product page on desktop and mobile. Confirm that the selected automatic position, dynamic block, or shortcode appears once, remains readable, and is not hidden or duplicated by the theme, builder, cache, or custom template.

Final human review

A clean CertaCart report means the supported fields and output settings passed the plugin’s checks. It does not validate truth, translations, safety, legal applicability, or final compliance. Record who reviewed the product and when.
